Pilot’s third issue is not a magazine in the conventional sense. Sitting somewhere between a zine, a poster and a board game, it’s printed on an A1 sheet, with a poem on one side and on the other a series of short articles arranged around a board game layout. The theme of the issue is ‘Play’, and it’s an invitation for readers to look beyond the conventions of magazine publishing, towards something more playful and rebellious.

In this issue:

  • Producer Hudson Mohawke on the making of his new album Cry Sugar
  • Select pieces from clothing brand Smuttysnack’s latest collection
  • Q&A with the founder of Instagram’s Indie Sleaze
  • Inside the community of London’s Dunno. Curated.
  • Plus a set of postcards with illustrations by Lou Buche and Javier Rodriguez
