These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Stack Magazines Ltd Affiliate Programme (“Affiliate Programme”). By signing up to promote Stack Magazines Ltd through our third-party affiliate platform, Tolt, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
Stack Magazines Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an affiliate programme through Tolt, a third-party affiliate marketing platform. The Affiliate Programme allows approved participants (“Affiliates”, “you”, “your”) to earn commission by referring customers to Stack Magazines Ltd products and services via tracked affiliate links.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid email address and PayPal account
- Be approved by Stack Magazines Ltd after applying through Tolt
We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our discretion, with or without cause.
3. Affiliate Links and Promotions
You will receive unique affiliate links via Tolt. You may use these on your website, email campaigns, or social media platforms to promote Stack Magazines Ltd.
You agree to:
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines, UK CMA rules, or other applicable regulations.
- Not use misleading, false, or deceptive claims in your promotions.
- Avoid placing affiliate links on coupon or discount sites unless explicitly permitted.
- Never engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or paid advertising using your affiliate links without written approval.
4. Commissions and Payments
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales made via your Tolt affiliate link.
The commission structure is detailed in your Tolt dashboard and may change with notice.
Tolt handles all tracking and we make payouts not less than 15 days after subscriptions have been set up.
We are not responsible for errors in tracking or payment delays caused by Tolt or inaccurate user data.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent Stack Magazines Ltd or our products/services
- Engage in unethical marketing practices (e.g. cookie stuffing, fake referrals)
- Use domains or social handles that impersonate Stack Magazines Ltd
- Offer cash-back, rewards, or incentives without written permission
Violations may result in removal from the Programme and forfeiture of commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Stack Magazines Ltd’s logos, images, and other marketing materials solely for promoting our products through the Affiliate Programme. You may not alter or misuse our brand assets.
7. Term and Termination
This agreement begins once you are approved as an affiliate and continues until terminated by either party.
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also leave the Programme at any time via your Tolt dashboard.
Upon termination:
- You must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials
- Any outstanding commissions may be forfeited if termination was due to a breach
8. Limitation of Liability
Stack Magazines Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the Affiliate Programme. We make no guarantees regarding income or performance.
Tolt operates as an independent third-party platform, and we disclaim all liability for issues arising from their services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via Tolt. Continued participation in the Affiliate Programme after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
